    Privacy Policy

    Effective August 23, 2026

EVCalls uses personal information to respond to business enquiries, arrange demonstrations, operate this website, and deliver driver-support workflows for customers who choose to use the service.

    Information we collect

When you request a demo, we may collect your name, work email, company, optional phone number, network-size range, message, referring page, campaign information, and the date and time of your request. The website may also collect limited device, browser, and usage information through security and analytics tools.

    How we use information

We use website enquiry information to respond to your request, tailor a product demonstration, prevent abuse, understand website performance, and comply with legal obligations. When email delivery is enabled, website form submissions are sent without being stored in a website lead database. Automated form delivery is not currently active. We do not require you to subscribe to marketing to request a demonstration.

    Driver support call information

For a customer deployment, EVCalls may collect a caller's name and phone number when those details are needed for a Level 2 handoff. The service is not designed to collect or process payment-card information. The exact call data, recording settings, retention period, and escalation fields are agreed with the operator before launch.

    Service improvement

EVCalls may use de-identified call scenarios, words the service did not recognize, and edge cases to improve the support model. Caller names and phone numbers are excluded from that improvement process. The technical controls, customer instructions, and any contract-specific choices are documented during deployment.

    Service providers and disclosures

We may use service providers for website hosting, email delivery, analytics, security, cloud infrastructure, telephony, and AI processing. They receive only the information needed to provide their service and are expected to protect it. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect EVCalls, our users, or the public.

    Retention and safeguards

We retain personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described above, legitimate business records, and legal requirements. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

    Your choices

You may ask about the personal information we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw an optional marketing consent, or ask us to delete information where applicable. Use the EVCalls business contact route for these requests.

    Data location

EVCalls plans Canadian customer deployments on AWS infrastructure in Canada. Before launch, we review the complete data flow, including subprocessors, backups, technical support access, retention, and deletion requirements. Contract-specific data-location commitments are documented separately from this website policy.

    Updates

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the latest published version.

    Contact

For a privacy question or request, use the EVCalls business contact route or the contact details in your customer agreement. Automated website form delivery is not currently active.
